When you were a kid did you have a super hero or television heroine that you pretended to be in your backyard? Okay, maybe I am too old to even post about this, but when I was a little girl I imagined I was Wonder Woman.
I used to tear the bottoms out of small Dixie cups and slide them onto my wrists, just like the shields that Wonder Woman wore to battle evil. I would climb onto my swing set, jump from the top, throw up my handmade armor and twirl around, spinning in circles just like Lynda Carter did back in the day. I even sported the Wonder Woman Underoos set. Now I might be a tab bit embarrassed. Just trying to keep it real.
