I am about to get random about my outfit. A little different, but let's just roll with it.
THE DRESS:
I LOVE this maxi dress from Shop Dress Up. Actually, I am borderline obsessed with it. I am not going to tell stories, I'm actually a tad bit over the whole chevron pattern, but for some reason, this one was calling my name. It's trendy, yet classic, but sassy all at the same time. How many dresses can be all three? Not many. The sad thing? It's sold out. I know, I am terribly sorry because I know you want one too. Let's hope that Shop Dress Up will find a way to bring this beauty back. I did find a few fun options for you in the links above. They are worth a look at.
THE SHOES:
Here's the deal. I broke my middle toe on my right foot several weekends ago during girls weekend at the pool. It's been painful, gross and swollen. There is nothing I can do about it but suck it up. So, I need some major high fives and fist pumps for being able to wear heels like this for several hours.
THE CLUTCH:
It's time. Time for a new black clutch. This one has served it purpose, but I am on the lookout for something bigger and one that folds over. It just doesn't hold all the extras that must accompany me on my outings. Any budget friendly suggestions?
THE EARRINGS:
You can't see them in any of the pictures we took, but I love them. Since they are hibernating behind my hair, I didn't even bother to post a link to them. This is why I typically just wear diamond studs. I save quite a bit of money on not purchasing many earrings because of this very reason. I guess it all evens out since I own an obscene amount of necklaces, rings and bangles. Give and take, people.
Now let's get back to Shop Dress Up for a second. This shop. Oh my word. I stalk it. Every single day. They are growing like wild fire and are posting new pieces constantly. So many fun and affordable looks for less. Dresses, tops, bottoms, accessories....you name it...you will find something you have to add to your closet. Here is the kicker, they ONLY order a few pieces of each style. So, if you see something you love, you better get it while it's available.
The duo behind behind Shop Dress Up are a husband and wife. Everyone say, "Awe!". I know I did. How precious are they? They started the company in 2009 and have grown to several store fronts and of course their online boutique. They have planted their roots in Georgia, so if you are in the area, here are their locations. I am keeping my fingers crossed they make their way to Texas soon. Hey, Shop Dress Up, I can totally be your Texas Marketing Director if you need me! (wink-wink)
Today, Shop Dress Up is offering one lucky reader $50 in shop credit along with this adorable rope necklace. I own it and love it. You will too! Just saying.
Now, get to entering in every way possible so you can get your shop on for FREE! Make sure to make your way over to their online store and order what you love because tomorrow it will probably be gone!
Happy shopping!
