I wore this to the wedding we attended on Saturday back in Houston (Santa Fe to be exact). Those of you that live in this area know the weather was straight up rainy and nasty allllll day. And with rain comes the humidity times 100. Thus, the hair that you see in these photos. I have no idea why I even attempted to put one ounce of hairspray in my hair. My the end of the night it was a sticky, don't even think about touching it mess. But, you know what? Nobody cared. We were too busy doing the Wobble and breaking out our Apple Bottom Jeans.

Friday night was the rehearsal dinner. And any true Texan serves BBQ or Mexican food for dinner. Thank God they decided on the latter. You guys know how much Momma loves her margs and Mexican food. That handsome man and gorgeous blonde are the bride and groom. And that picture on the bottom left just proves that we don't play when it comes to fajitas, chips, salsa and tequila flavored drinks. Can you say hot mess of a table? Okay, go ahead you can say it...we are PIGS!

Like I said on Friday, the wedding reception was held a winery and the rain and humidity couldn't stop our parade. We had our fair share of the winery's homemade goodness, throw your back out dance moves, catching up with old friends, Houston humidity and best of all witnessing two amazing people start their lives together. Conratulations, Trey and Whitney! You and your families know how to throw one heck of a celebration. I would bet my bank account that half the guests hated themselves Sunday morning. I will say I was not one of them...I actually, somewhat, behaved myself for once. I think I was still recovering from the margs on Friday.
So what were you crazy kids up to this weekend? I bet a bunch of you where enjoying the cooler temps (Hallelujah) and gearing up for Halloween month! I can't believe today is October 1st! Bring on the hunt for costumes, jack-o-lanterns and lots of candy!

Molly for YOLO Mondays.
