If you follow me on Instagram (@shannasaidso), you may have noticed that my latest #ootd posts have some consistency to them. Stripes and floral. To prove a point, here are a couple of examples.
Mixing patterns is such a fun and easy way to play with what you already have in your closet. We all have at least one stripe top and one floral scarf. Right? There you have it, pattern mixing at it's simplest. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy!
These two patterns are definitely one of my favorites to mix up. A couple of others you can't go wrong with are stripes and polka dots or polka dots and floral. Now, get to mixing. Just in case you're still a little unsure, here are a few inspirations for you. You have no excuses now. This is one look we can all pull off!
